" Wagon Trail Ranch" is governed by a Homeowners Association (W.T.R.P.O.A)
using the CC& R's, By laws and applicable Oregon statutes. The Board of Directors
is empowered to oversee the day to day operation of the ranch and to enforce the
provisions of The CC&R's and By Laws. Please attend Board Meetings and Membership
Meetings and volunteer some time to ranch maintenance and affairs.
